- This promotion runs from 1March to 11May 2010. The prize draw will take place within 2 weeks of the final date of the promotion and the winners will be informed via either e-mail or telephonic communication thereafter.
- To qualify for this promotion you need to pay for your purchases with your Visa card at any participating Clicks store. Every purchase secures you an entry, provided you have written your full name and contact number on the back of the duplicate till slip printed at the end of the transaction and deposited it in an official competition entry box at the till point in Clicks stores. Purchases must be made within the promotion period of 1 March to 11 May 2010.
- Clicks ClubCard Visa Credit Card holders receive double entry every time they swipe their Clicks ClubCard Visa Credit Card at Clicks stores and will be automatically entered.
- A “purchase” is defined as a successful point of sale transaction using a Visa card at all Clicks stores.
- Any winner drawn under the age of 18 years will require permission from their legal guardian, in order to be eligible for this Visa promotion and / or the corresponding prize.
- A “Visa card” includes Visa and Visa Electron cards issued as consumer products.
- Visa Corporate, Purchasing, Business and Business Electron cards are not eligible.
- All payments on the winner’s Visa card must be up to date (i.e. not in arrears) and the account should be in general good standing with the cardholder’s issuing bank.
- The winners will be randomly chosen from the base of eligible entrants.
- The 50 individual prizes consist of a pair of tickets to a group stage match at the 2010 FIFA World Cup™. Travel and accommodation are not included.
- In the event that the prize winners cannot be contacted, the organisers reserve the right to disqualify this winner and replace him / her with another.
- The winners grant permission for the use of his / her name and photographs in any advertising and promotional material, or digital media for this promotion and any other future promotions without claim to any compensation.
- By participating in this promotion, you agree to release and hold Visa and Clicks free of any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with this promotion or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
- Visa and Clicks staff directly involved in this promotion, their agents or any companies associated with the promotion and members of their immediate families, are not eligible for the prize draw. Staff of Financial Institution clients or their co-brand partners are not eligible for the prize draw, unless they have entered the promotion using a Visa card not issued by the Financial Institution client or co-brand partner by which they are employed.
- Visa and Clicks will not be held responsible for entries not received in the event of participants not successfully completing the entering mechanism supplied by writing their full name and contact number on the back of the duplicate till slip printed at the end of the transaction and deposited in an official competition entry box at the till point in Clicks stores.
- The prizes are not transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
