2 capsules daily. Take 1 capsule twice daily with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

ACV pills effective
wont see steady results but surely effective when it comes to health so it works I guess but it needs some support exercise/diet ; for steady weight loss

Excellent
These worked better than I thought. I didn't even finish the bottle but I went from eating four meals a day to eating two meals without feeling like snacking in between. They also help you feel less bloated. I recommend eating a fruit after taking the pill as the taste is not so pleasant, but after eating an orange I didn't feel the bad taste. Even after I stopped taking these pills my appetite remains low so they worked excellently. Highly recommend if you are on a diet or weight loss journey.

Dosage
it says twice a day - Im assuming its morning and night. Wont it keep you up and night as it has Ginseng in it?

I started using the tablets in April 2021, I was a size 44 and now the 7th of June 2021 I'm size 38...this tablets does wonders...I was very sceptical at first because I tried so many tablets before to lose weight but this really works and I love it!!!
