Usage instructions:
How do I take it?
Use one to two sprays in each nostril as often as needed. To spray, hold the bottle upright and squeeze. Take care not to aspirate nasal content into the bottle, and wipe the nozzle clean after each use.
Storage instructions:
Store below 25 degrees C in a cool, dry place.
Warnings:
Not for oral consumption. Use as directed or as otherwise prescribed by a healthcare practitioner. Avoid contact with the eyes.

Effective and affordable
Suffer with server sinusitis and the cold in winter really blocks my nose.
This helped clear the congestion and just maintain daily nasal hygiene.
In my experience used it a few times a day but it does last, 30ml is a decent amount compared to 10ml of other brands.
Use whenever I have congestion/nasal irritation and it soothes my nose quite well and it's definitely at a good price point.

Doesnt work.
Got it for my son,it doesnt help,my home made saline drops works better.

Not very effective
I found that this nasal spray doesn't work as well as some other saline sprays in helping to clear mild congestion. Even when I used it a few times a day it didn't really seem to help.

Travel essential
A definite travel essential and budget friendly. Part of my carry on travel kit for long haul flights. Works well to moisturize nasal passages and prevent irritation.
