They work!
For being this cheap, I honestly thought they were not going to work. Boy, was I wrong. My skin isn't breaking out anymore and it's near that time of the month. I am shocked!
My digestion is 100% again since I started taking these. It's super fast also. Gone are the days where food would just camp there, not moving a muscle.
My PMS has been greatly reduced compared to my last cycles. I guess my body was indeed deficient when it comes to this mineral!
