Usage instructions:
Dosage (adults and children 10 years and older): Dissolve 1 tablet in a glass of water, and take once daily. Use Vita-G with cold water for a refreshing immune boost or hot water for soothing ginger relief. Can be used on its own or ask your pharmacist to include Vita-G as part of your cold and flu regimen.
