Usage instructions:
Directions: immediately after shampooing with Palmer's® Coconut Oil Formula® shampoo, apply protein pack generously and work through hair from root to tip and allow to penetrate for up to 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

Amazing product
I have (dyed) type 3b hair. I split the pack and used it over two wash days (a week apart). I am so impressed with the results, my hair is bouncier and completely moisturised and curls more defined. Amazing product! I wish it was sold in a tub.
