Usage instructions:
Recommended quantity of cereal: Age/weight - milk - cereal: From 6 months onwards (8.5 kg) - 160 ml (just over 2/3 cup) - 30g (8 tablespoons). Preparation: 1. Wash your hands & the utensils you need. 2. Put 8 tablespoons (30g) of cereal into a clean bowl. 3. Add about 160 ml (just over 2/3 cup) of the milk that you are currently feeding your baby and mix well.
Storage instructions:
Unopened: Store in a cool, dry place. Opened: Seal bag after use to retain freshness. Never leave baby alone with food or drink.

Purity baby cereal is not intended for infants under 6 months of age and early introduction is not recommended. Important notice: Incorrect preparation, storage, handling and feeding can potentially lead to adverse effects for the health of your baby - always follow the instructions on the box.
