Directions for use:
Always begin with dry nails to prevent splitting. Always file in smooth strokes from the side of the nail towards the centre. File in one direction only. Use the coarser side to file nails to the desired length and shape. Use the less coarse side to smooth and finish nail edge.
Care instructions:
Replace when grit has become worn. Never file your nails after bathing as this is when they are at their weakest.
