1. After moisturizing skin, apply flawless start hydrating serum primer for a smooth, even canvas before makeup. Twist off cap. Press and hold down top button; release to fill dropper. Pat on hydrated face with fingertips.
2. Apply flawless finish skincaring foundation with fingertips or makeup brush, starting at center of face and blend outwards. Build coverage as needed.
