Use once a week after shampooing (replacing your conditioner). Apply to clean, already wet or damp hair and leave on for 12-15 minutes. For best performance, apply from root to tip as the formulation works at different levels to support healthy growth from the roots whilst restoring moisture all the way to the ends.
