Usage instructions:
Dosage and directions for use: for severe joint degeneration -adults: 2 tablets 3 times a day with meals or as directed by your healthcare professional. For maintenance of healthy joints - Adults: 1 tablet 3 times a day with meals or as directed by your healthcare professional. Nutritional supplementation should not replace a balanced diet.
