How to use
Usage instructions:
Before First Use: Wash the pan with warm water and mild dish soap. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Lightly grease the cooking surface with a small amount of cooking oil before first use to enhance the non-stick performance. During Use: Use low to medium heat - the forged aluminium heats up quickly, so high temperatures are unnecessary. Use wooden, silicone, or nylon tools to protect the non-stick surface from scratching.
Storage instructions:
Store the pan carefully to prevent scratches. If stacking with other cookware, place a soft cloth or pan protector between them to protect the non-stick surface.
Warnings:
Avoid metal utensils. The soft-touch handle is heat-resistant but should not be placed in the oven or exposed to open flame. Do not preheat the empty pan for extended periods on high heat, this can damage the non-stick coating
