Match the pot’s bottom diameter to your heating plate. As pressure builds, the pressure indicator will rise. Steam may escape through the indicator during this phase. Once pressure stabilizes, cooking time begins. Adjust the hob temperature when the operating valve starts releasing steam. Cleaning is a breeze – the body of the pot is dishwasher-safe. The lid, lid handle, and gasket should be hand-washed. Regularly inspect valves and remove any food debris. To remove limescale, a little vinegar does the trick.

Warnings:
Avoid frying with fat. Do not use the pot in ovens or microwaves. Keep the pressure cooker out of children’s reach. Use gloves when necessary to avoid contact with hot parts. Always check the gasket, valves, and lid before use
