For times of increased demand: Adults and children over 12 years: 2 tablets three times daily before meals with water. Children under 12 years: 1 tablet three times daily before meals with water. For sustained good health and vitality: Adults and children over 12 years: 2 tablets once daily before meals with water. Children under 12 years: 1 tablet once daily before meals with water.

Works really well
I use these primarily to enhance concentration when learning, I can feel the difference between taking them and not taking them at all, takes some time before the mind gets really used to them though.

Can bio-strath increase your food intake? Since I take it like prescribed I am constantly hunger.

All Rounder.
Guys aren't usually the type to keep punctual with these sort of health measures so it helps having one all round multivitamin like this which is convenient to use. It covers all the essentials and amino acids. Good for building up the immune system, I get sick less often than I use to with the general colds and flu. Not badly priced either. Was worth it for me.
