Best ever
If you read the "ingredients", it is by far more powerful than other Vitamins. I used to get lots of fever blisters, and during winter, I got ill first Flew. Since I have been taking these, and that is for four years now, I don't get fever blisters and have not been ill once in the last four years. So wish they will do these also on the 3-for-2 deal

I have been taking these multivitamins for the past 2 months & it really has helped me, I have been working late shifts & these have been helping me keep healthy. Whilst also exercising & eating healthy

A-Z Body and Mind multivitamin +Omega 3
I am less pleased about these multivitamins, I am on my 5th day on them and dont see any difference. Yes I might be to quick to expect any change yet but the thing I am feeling what might be side effects on my right leg. As it feels little bit numb and tinglely.

Clicks multivitamin
These Multivitamins seem to be doing the opposite of what they're supposed to. I've taken them just for 3 days now and I'm so exhausted throughout the day. I go right back to bed after taking them. I have less energy than if I don't take them. Even in conjunction with the Clicks iron supplements.

Not bad
I seriously don't recommend taking this in the morning as it has caused me to feel super tired and sleepy at work.
Stopped for 5 days then started again, same thing happened.
Then... I started taking them before bedtime, I'm now having the best sleep ever and waking up amped and alert for the whole of the day.
However it's still not so powerful as expected with regards to energy.
