How to use
Usage instructions:
Directions for use:
1. Position the heel into the opening provided (ensure the smooth side of the material faces inwards).
2. Pull the wrap around the top of the foot and under the arch back towards the outside of the foot.
3. Pull the wrap around the ankle and attach.
4. Hold the brace in place and adjust straps accordingly until required support is achieved.
Cane instructions:
Luke warm (40 degrees C) soapy water, rinse well. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

Great Support
Bought one last year and is still using it on and off. Gives the desired support and is easily adjustable.

SMALL! Does not "fit most".
Its at least 20cms too short for a size 8 foot that has a normal-sized ankle. Also, application picture on front of pack is opposite to instruction on back of pack.
