Usage instructions:
Direction for use:
1. Insert thumb into the thumbhole. The leather re-enforcement needs to be placed on the inside of the thumb.
2. Fasten the outer strap around the wrist.
Care instructions: Luke warm (40 degrees C) soapy water, rinse well. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

Wrist wrap
The velcro doesn't last very long.. few days, just enough to get through exams. It does off er relief while the velcro works
