How to use
Usage instructions:
Dosage and directions: Mix 1 scoop (approximately 6g) with 250ml of cold water. Shake well and consume during exercise on training days, or throughout the day on non-training days. Can be consumed before training, during training and after training.

Worst Tasting BCAA
Unfortunately, this is the worst tasting BCAA product on the market. Im not sure if anyone from the lab that manufactured this or if anyone from Clicks has ever tasted this. It ls literally undrinkable and if you do then it gets you nauseous for a couple of hours the taste lingers on in your mouth forever. I bought the flavoured one, thinking it will be better exactly the same and the Naartjie taste gets stuck in your mouth for hours
