Please check with a professional before taking these. I had horrible side effects. My heart felt like it was jumping out my chest and I felt awful in general.

Full of sand and stones
Bought the pills the first time and i was happy. second time the color had changed as well as the taste. Third time it was just sand. The pills are full of sand, the color also is odd, the color of the seal is stained with yellowish residue very unpleasant experience. The protective sponge is also not there. Im not sure if this can be sent back to the store
