Make sure that the patella fits comfortably in the patella opening.Sizing instructions:Size - above knee 15 cm above centre patella - centre knee patella - centre knee 15 cm below centre patella.Small - 39-40 - 34-35 - 30-31.Medium - 43-44 - 38-39 - 34-35.Large - 47-48 - 42-43 - 38-39.All measurements in centimeters (cm).Care instructions:Wash in lukewarm (40 degrees C), soapy water, then rinse well.
