Have just compared with Preg Omega and this is the Plug ...its got more nutrients overall compared. look up both boxes.

I bought these because of the reviews but every time I take them I feel sick. My gyne suggested I take them at different times, and that works.

Used if for 1st pregnancy, kept my sugar levels normal, if I drink it. If not drinking it, I faced pregnancy-Diabetes.It gave me energy, without it no energy. Healthy baby.
