Usage instructions:
Directions for use:For nasal use only.1) Briefly depress the actuator pump to purge the nozzle.2) Spray once into each nostril as required.3) Allow excess product to exit the nostril and then clear out by blowing the nose.4) To maintain the hygiene of the nozzle, wash with mild soap and dry, replacing the cap after use.

Bad buy
Bought this product as my sinus issues are worsening and I thought it might help a bit as medication is of no use at this point. I used this product a total of 2 times then it lost pressure. Nothing could come out even though it was still full of liquid. Had to throw it away. Very bad buy, would not recommend to anyone.

Saline Isotonic Spray
As a person who suffers from sinuses, I bought this just trying it out because it was cheaper but I've stuck to the clicks brand Saline Isotonic Spray because of the effectiveness. My sinus don't bother me as much and I'm much happier around people.
