Feels so good

It has 3 settings, and is super smooth plus its vibrating noise is not loud at all.

It does vibrate
First impressions were that it has a soft silicone feel, it's gentle on the skin, however when I turned it on it just didn't work. I'm happy with the quality of its material however o am disappointed at the fact that it won't vibrate which was the whole point of buying it. It sucks that such products can not be returned; which I'm for health and hygiene are key;, but for me it was a waste of money.
