Brush thoroughly with a Colgate toothbrush, at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist. Children of 6 years and younger: use a pea sized amount for supervised brushing to minimize swallowing. Best for sensitivity
My husband struggled with gum and tooth sensitivity until he used Colgate sensitivity pro relief. It works instantly after application.
