How to use
Usage instructions:
Brush thoroughly with a Colgate toothbrush, at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist. Children of 6 years and younger: use a pea sized amount for supervised brushing to minimize swallowing. Colgate Instant Relief
I have had a problem with my teeth for a while and had gotten used to taking pain killers before sleeping. The first time I used this toothpaste it was instant relief. Haven't had problems with my teeth paining in a while. Highly recommend.
