Usage instructions:
For instant relief, apply directly to the sensitive tooth with a fingertip and gently massage for 1 minute. Brush twice daily and use regularly for lasting sensitivity relief. Sensitive teeth may indicate an underlying problem that may need prompt care by a dentist if sensitivity persists. Children of 6 years or younger: use a pea-sized amount under supervised brushing to minimise swallowing.
