Usage instructions:
Open pouch to activate warming belt. Do not open until ready to use. Place warming belt with the heat cells positioned over affected area, then wrap around waist and secure with velcro. To remove - unfasten the velcro area. After use, dispose in normal household waste.

Storage instructions:
Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or heat. Store at or below 25°C in a dry place.

Warnings:
For single use only. As with any heat product, this belt has the potential to cause skin irritation or burns, particularly to the sensitive skin of the elderly. Do not use for more than 12 hours in any 24 hour period on the same area. The effects of the warming belt vary depending on an individual’s level of skin sensitivity and heat tolerance. Check the skin beneath the belt regularly for any signs of irritation. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity or irritation occurs, or if the belt gets uncomfortably hot. Keep out of reach of children and pets. For external use only. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center. If contents come in contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water. Do not use if product is punctured or torn. Do not cut, massage, or fold the belt. Do not bandage. Do not microwave or attempt to reheat product. Do not use: while sleeping, if you are diabetic or have rheumatoid arthritis, on face or mucous membranes, on wounds or broken skin, on areas of bruising or swelling, on area of the body where heat cannot be felt, on infants or children, with topical medications, with electric heating devices or other heat sources, with sustained pressure against patch such as tight clothing. Consult a doctor before use if you have poor circulation, nerve damage, a skin condition or are pregnant. Supervision required when being used by persons unable to apply/remove the product on their own, especially when being used by elderly, handicapped or disabled persons
