Each 100 ml contains:
Povidone-iodine 1g (equivalent to 0.1% m/v available iodine).
Contains 8.85% v/v alcohol.
Indications:
For the relief of painful infections and inflammatory conditions of the mouth and throat such as: sore throat, inflamed gums, post dental and oral surgery, mouth ulcers, routine oral hygiene.

How to use
Usage instructions:
Dosage and directions for use:
Do not swallow.
For mouth and throat infections:
Use full strength. Rinse or gargle thoroughly for 30 seconds and spit out. Repeat hourly or as directed by a physician or dentist.
As a mouthwash:
Dilute one part with two parts water. Rinse mouth well and spit out, or use as directed by a physician or dentist.
For children under 3 years:
Dilute one part with three parts water. Paint mouth using a cottonbud.
Storage instructions:
Store at or below 25 degrees C.
Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children.

Must have for any gum or toothache
After suffering from pericoronitis from an inpacted wisdom tooth, this helped to keep the infection to a minimum

WORKS MUST TRY
I dont do reviews but this one i had to , i always get sore throat before i get sick, i used to use strepsils and cough mixture but that doesnt help,
