Usage instructions:
Adults and children from 12 years of age: 1 – 2 tablets in the morning with a glass of water.
Storage instructions:

I've only been using this product now for 2 weeks for anxiety and the results are amazing. I've used prescription medication in the past which only made me feel drowsy at best, but this Elev8 really relieves my anxiety within 2hours.I feel very blessed cause I only happened upon it by chance. I've used the other products on the shelves as well so I was looking for something I've never tried before, and I'm so glad that I chose it, and it's so cheap too which I know won't last long once the word of its efficasy starts spreading!!
