Eno Active Fruit Salt Orange 200g, a pale orange, free flowing powder. That contains citric acid, sodium bicarbonate and sodium carbonate which react in water to produce sodium citrate which has antacid properties. As an antacid ENO relieves heartburn, sour stomach or acid indigestion. It works by neutralising excess stomach acid. As a Urinary Alkaliniser, it renders the urine less acidic. It is fast acting and effective

How to use
Usage instructions:
As an antacid: One 5ml medicine measure or one sachet in a glass of water. Repeat once in two or three hours if necessary. Children over 6 years: half the above dosage. As a urinary alkaliniser: One 5 ml medicine measure or one sachet well diluted with water to be taken after meals morning and evening. Children 6-12 years: half the adult dose. Use a dry spoon. Replace the cap tightly.
Storage instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place.
Warnings:
Do not take this medicine for more than 14 days. Consult your doctor if symptoms persist or worsen. ENO reduces acidity in your stomach, and may interfere with the absorption of other medicines. Please consult your doctor for possible drug interactions. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the maximum dose of 2 sachets/teaspoons a day. If you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before taking ENO. ENO may cause belching, gas, abdominal distension, and mild gastrointestinal irritation. Do not take ENO if you have any of the following conditions: high blood pressure, liver, heart and kidney problems, on a low-sodium diet, allergic to any ingredients in ENO. In case of overdose, consult a doctor
