Usage instructions:
For a standard serving of 230ml, pour 187ml of room temperature water into a glass, gradually add 6 level scoops (a scoop is included in the tin) or 60.6g of Ensure Gold powder while stirring and mix until dissolved. One tin containing 400g yields approximately six 230ml servings.
Storage instructions:
Store unopened tins at room temperature. Once opened, use plastic lid to keep tightly covered and store in a cool, dry place but not refrigerated. Use within three weeks. Use reconstituted Ensure Gold immediately, or cover, refrigerated and use within 24 hours.

Ensure Plant Based - Almond
I am loving the products taste. I am a vegan and lactose intolerant and this product is safe for me. The taste is delicious and its nutty and has the taste of a wafer. I am interested to know how many calories are there in 6 scoops of this product .
