Daily use:
Take one Entiro™ capsule per day with breakfast, as a daily probiotic supplement to maintain and balance intestinal flora, or as prescribed by a healthcare professional.
Acute use:
Take one Entiro™ capsule daily (at least one hour apart from prescribed antibiotics), to restore intestinal flora during antibiotic therapy, or as prescribed by a healthcare professional. During antibiotic use this can be repeated 12 hours later.

I have just used this product for two days and I feel so much different for someone whose lactose intolerant and sensitive too many kinds of foods I have not experienced any sensitivity or irritation or discomfort just from having orange juice Entire probiotic are the way to go
