Equal with Stevia
As a diabetic, I use the Equal stick as a substitute for normal cane sugar! I have an extremely "sweet tooth", tried a couple of known artificial sweeteners freely and well-known brand names!
Unfortunately, they all have the "plastic" taste that lingers and spoils the food item! The Equal does contain 16kJ per [packet vs x2 spoons real sugar] excellent taste, NO side effects!! Brilliant!
