Detailed Description:
Alleviate your painful cold sores, fever blisters and herpes simplex virus (shingles, genital herpes) with Fithealth L-Lysine). L-Lysine, an essential amino acid (that cannot be manufactured by the body), will help and/or reduce the severity of outbreaks. Outbreaks an be caused by: fever, colds/flu, stress, fatigue, sun exposure, a compromised immune system, hormonal changes, chapped skin. Cold sores have a tendency to recur in more or less the same place each time. Such recurrences may happen often or occassionally, e.g. once a month, or maybe once or twice a year. Taking L-Lysine on a regular basis helps prevent outbreaks of cold sores, fever blisters or herpes infections. When prone to cold sores, fever blisters and herpes simplex virus, avoid foods high in L-Arginine e.g. chocolates, oats, peanuts, soya beans and coconut. For best results use in conjunction with Fithealth L-Lysine Lip Cream.

Take 2 Tablets daily Onset: Burning/Tingling sesnation: Take 2 tablets immediately. Thereafter, take 2 tablets in the morning ans 2 tablets in the night until the sores have healed.
