My midsection much smaller. I use it on and off as i sometimes forget to take it for days. The weight stays off.

They do not work!
I have tried this and it does not work, not even a little. Maybe it has helped others but it did nothing to me, my weight didn't drop neither did my clothing fit better. I would give it a 0 star but there isn't a 0 to rate it. Waste of money!!!

Side effects
I’m not sure if this product works, but the first two weeks of taking it I was overly tired and the third week I became insomniac so much that even a sleeping tea can’t help. I will try a different brand since the main ingredient is CLA
