Dosage: Adults and children from 10 years: Take 2 capsules daily until the symptoms subside. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Amazing
Hot toddy tea and capsules work absolute wonders! The minute I start getting flu like symptoms I make a cup and pop a pill then I'm good. I'm actually amazed at how fast they work.
