Usage instructions:
Dosage and directions of use:
Adults: age 16+.
2-3 tablespoons per day.
Children: age 2 - 12.
1-3 teaspoons per day.
During pregnancy and lactation please consult your health specialist.
How to use:
2-3 tablespoons (30-45 ml) daily. Children: 1-3 teaspoon (5–15 ml) daily or as prescribed by healthcare practitioner. Can be taken with or without food.
Storage instructions:
This product contains live cultures. Do not refrigerate. Store at or below 25 °C, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Use within 60 days of opening.
