Not happy with this product, fails to blend to perfection apples, pears. Unable to use food processor each time I try I fail to operate it. Worse it is so light scared to break it

I bought this product only food processor side that is working.. Would not recommend this one at all. I don't even have a energy to take it back cause it's the second time to exchange.

L O V E IT!
Bought the "cheaper" blender option to see if I can actually make smoothies and fruit juice. Works like a dream. Definitely will be upgrading when this one stops working. Yes both have to be on at the same time - but that is not a problem when it still delivers all the deliciousness. Dont crush ice with it though - not that type. So far we made Banana Smoothies and Strawberry Juice - Toooooo good. Bought it in October 2023.

I'm so frustrating this blender does not seem to work. Bought today. Read through the instruction manual. Tried step by step to follow it to no avail. I came here hoping I'll find a video that explains it's use maybe I missed something. I need help or might have to turn it back.

Jug has cracks
Can't use the blender without the food processor spinning, which makes it extra noisy.
The jug cracks after a few uses, although Not visible, but the content starts too ooze out more and more.
Can't seem to find replacement jugs for this product.

you cannot use only one side you have to use the blender and processer at the same time.
Maybe I missed something, but it does not inform you of the above on box/instruction manual. Just tells you how to assemble and use.
Not a good buy...very disappointed.

You can't use the blender without the food processor.
They both work at the same time, which is a bummer also the lid doesn't sit still when you blend, it doesn't even blend ice to the core

Disappointed in this product
I always thought the Kambrook brand was good, but upon purchasing this combo, I am disappointed. I used the blender on a daily basis. The plastic quality is not great and started cracking after a while. I did not have the product for a year yet, before this happened. Also, both blender and food processor needs to be on just to use the one item. Senseless. Even with the reduced price, this was not a good buy. I would not recommend it.

Waste of money!
Bought mine a few years ago and I was very disappointed with the product. When I wanted to use the blender, it switched on the food processor side aswell. When I went to clicks to complain about it, I was told they couldn't do anything about it. 😏 I tried using it again and it continued doing the same thing this time it was worse as it burnt the black plastic part of the food processor. 😩 Very disappointed!

On receipt of the food processor plugged it in as per instructions and failed to work . Re assembled the said processor and still no joy. Not a happy customer. I am currently based in Tristan da Cunha and have no way of retuning this item. Not a happy man

Does Not Work and Cheaply Made
I bought this food processor/blender and had to return it immediately because it didn't work. This is the second Kambrook appliance to do this. I've concluded that Kambrook products are not well made or quality and to buy them is a risk, rather go for the known and trusted brands

Loyal long time customer
I had an accident with my Food Processor bowl/container... After l emptied the chopped contents l accidentally put it on a hot plate, forgot that l had switched it on. Now the bottom won't lock on and thereby rendering the whole blender/processor set useless. May you please replace it... Bought it in August 2021,there was an online sale.
