How to use
Usage instructions:
Adults: Rub a moderate amount onto the chest and neck twice daily or add 1 teaspoon of the rub to 500ml hot (not boiling) water and inhale the vapour. Take care when using hot water. Children older than 6 months: Gently massage a small amount onto the chest especially at bedtime. Use sparingly on infants and young children.
Storage instructions:
Store in a dry, cool place at or below 25°C.

I always use karvol chest rub on my 2 year old ,when he is congested and full of mucus , works like a charm every time , helps open his air ways and I find even helps with loosen his tight chest .

This chest rub is gentle on the skin and chest. It does not leave that awful aroma on your skin like some chest rubs do and really assists with congestion. What is love most about it is the fact that it is mild enough to use on your little ones.
