When it comes to how to use a pantyliner, simply follow these steps: 1. Wash your hands As with all intimate products, maintaining good hygiene is essential. Be sure to wash your hands before and after use to keep yourself feeling fresh and protected. 2. Remove the backing strip Grab your fresh pantyliner, remove the packaging, and peel off the backing tape to expose the adhesive. This is the side that will stick to the gusset of your underwear (the centre of your underwear that goes between your legs). 3. Insert the pantyliner into your underwear Place your pantyliner on the gusset of your underwear with the sticky side facing down. Remember you can always adjust the positioning if you find it’s not quite right when you pull your underwear up again.
