Step 1: Shake the product for 5 seconds. Step 2: Glide with one stroke using the arrow-shaped applicator to deliver a thin layer of formula. Step 3: Let fully dry.
How to use:
1. Shake the Super Stay Vinyl Liquid Lipcolor for 5 Seconds to activate color locking properties. 2. Starting at the middle of your lips, glide the applicator to the edge of your lips. 3. Using short strokes, fill in color until the desired look is achieved. 4.
