Unbelievable
I've suffered severe acne since my teen days and then custic acne into my adult age plus facial hairs. In less than a month this has helped reduce inflammation and 2nd box into have almost no unwanted facial hair. Still get a few tiny break outs after consuming starch or sugar but this really helps better than roaccutane and other meds

Definitely works
My skin randomly started breaking out at the beginning of the year due to hormonal imbalances. I started taking this in April and started my skin cleared up by the end of May. I’ve also noticed an improvement in my period regularly and it’s helped with the pains ALOT. I will continue taking these as it also beneficial if you are TTC

The product is not bad at all, it makes the glow but had a breakout on my back and neck and stoped using it, guess was ellergic to some of thier ingredients
