Product has a bitter taste, is not a good moisturizer for the lips had to constantly apply it every 10 min, dont like the packaging the cardboard is the worst thing you can use as packaging this entire product needs rethinking its really bad. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone or using it again definitely

Would not recommend
I think this may be the most useless lip balm I've ever used. It has no moisturising properties whatsoever. I really wish I could get my money back.

Faulty container
I was so excited to finally try this lip balm, but unfortunately my excitement was short lived. Upon first use, the push-up application as opposed to the traditional twist on most lip balms got stuck and would not budge to be pushed back down, resulting in my lip balm being stuck to the top of the container. I had to scrape out the contents and transfer it to a different container just to be able to use it.
I’m all for the sustainable packaging, but this is not the one.
