Goodbye thyroid woes!
I am hypothyroid and have been subjected to a ridiculously slow metabolism since being diagnosed with this condition. My doctor put me on Eltroxin which is a thyroid hormone which helped ease my symptoms. The weight gain remained and so did the mindless eating. I have been using these for 5 weeks now. I take one a day and I look and feel great! I'm exercising again as I have more energy no more relying on sugary treats for this, which didn't last anyway as I would be tired and sleepy before doing anything anyway. A faster metabolism means your body is ready to burn fat for energy and not store it out of sluggishness. The sugar cravings are gone!! I still enjoy a treat when I can, but I'm no longer thinking about my next box of chocolates when I've just had one. These are a good place to begin your weight management journey.
