Usage instructions:
Mix 1 scoop (+-15g) with 300 ml of water in a nutritech shaker. Shake thoroughly and drink 20 to 30 minutes prior to workout, on an empty stomach. For a max workout. Mix 2 scoops (+-30g) with 600ml of water before training.
