Buy this one!
This is an amazing product! It's easy to apply, the formula isn't sticky and dries down matte. The formula is long wearing and doesn't smudge, move or transfer. Unlike other liner pens that dry out, I've had mine for over a year and she's still going strong! Will definitely be repurchasing.
