How to use
Usage instructions:
Twist open the pump in an anticlockwise direction and allow pump to release and extend until fully upright. If pump does not release, please ensure collar is fastened tightly onto the neck of the bottle. Push pump down to dispense conditioner into hands. Massage gently into wet hair after shampooing. Leave on for roughly 3 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Use in conjunction with OSH marula oil & shea shampoo.

Dismally disappointing
The Oh So Heavenly Marula and Shea line was a bigger letdown than hoped. At this price point, one is obviously not purchasing the highest quality, but I didn't expect it to be this bad. I must say that the marketing grossly inflated the positives of this product, and I clearly fell for it, to my utter regret. For one, their supposed Soft Touch Technology was nowhere to be found when I applied and tried to brush through my afro hair with the conditioner, leading to frustration and breakage, and the shampoo is one of the most unremarkable products I've ever used. My hair felt dry and harder to manage after using this set. To add insult to injury, it has an unpleasant smell, in my opinion, although, mercifully, the scent is not overpowering. With the annoyingly finicky packaging making the effort of extracting the product nearly Herculean, I don't recommend this shampoo and conditioner to anyone, especially someone with Afro-textured hair. Please don't waste your money like I did.
