Im currently using this shampoo along with palmer's moisture boost conditioner to tackle two problems with my hair and my hair is absolutely loving this! My hair feels so clean, soft and no longer is a tangled, unmanageable, dry and frizzy mess. I have gray roots so i can visually see that this really works, growth per week is astonishing to say the least. Was also amazed by how little you need to use and how foamy it gets for a sulfate free product. My hairdresser is also amazed how much new growth is coming through. Also noticed my nails and toenails growing much quicker, possibly also catching some product with the washing and rinsing. Will stick with this combo for sure! Very happy customer

DO NOT BUY THIS. To give you an idea, I have colored thin hair when dried but curly, rough hair when wet.
Everytime I used this and the conditioner, my hair falls out. Now it's lifeless and uneven.
