Usage instructions:
Use only as directed. Never use liquid and mat at the same time. How to use with Peaceful Sleep Superior Mats: Remove Peaceful Sleep Superior Mats from the sachet and slide onto the heating unit as indicated. Plug vapouriser into wall socket and switch on. When reusing the unit, replace the used mat by pushing new mat against the side of the used mat. For maximum efficiency ensure that the mat is in the middle of the heating pad. Ensure that the unit is switched off when leaving the room for long periods How to use with Peaceful Sleep Peace and Quiet Liquid Refill: Remove lid of Peaceful Sleep Peace and Quiet Liquid Refill bottle and insert bottle into underside of unit as indicated. Plug unit into wall socket and switch on. Ensure bottle is in a vertical position On first night of use allow unit to operate at least 1 hour before retiring (this charges the wick with formulation). On subsequent nights, switch on unit a half-hour before retiring. Ensure that unit is switched off when leaving the room for long periods. When unit is not in use, keep refill in cool dry place with lid tightly secured. Use one Peaceful Sleep Peace and Quiet Liquid Refill in a normal size room.

On skin contact: after contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of water and soap. If irritation develops, seek medical attention. On contact with eyes: immediately wash affected eyes for at least 15 minutes under running water with eyelids held open, consult an eye specialist. On ingestion: immediately rinse mouth and drink plenty of water, do not induce vomiting, seek medical attention. Provide medical personnel with the container label, product name or safety data sheet (SDS) when seeking medical attention. Remove or cover aquariums and turn off the pump in the aquarium before using the product. Never use mats for any other purpose than intended. Dispose of in a safe manner. Do not smother or cover the vaporiser. Do not use continuously in insufficiently ventilated rooms. Do not use in the presence of persons with known sensitivity to pyrethroids. In case of signs of sensitivity, obtain medical advice. Very toxic to aquatic life with long-lasting effects. Avoid release to the environment.
