How to use
Usage instructions:

Query on pregomega
Is it the best supplement to take after pregnancy? ,im a breastfeeding mom my baby is 11 months old , im looking for something that can give me energy n strength n also help me with breastmilk im not sure if it actually will be fine to take .I did take preg omega in my pregnancy but I stopped few months ago but iv been getting tired alot I need help please if anyone knows whats good to take ????
