Tooo Good
This has been a huge blessing in my life, I struggled a lot with constipation and constant bloating, I could go days without the number 2 activity but since taking these? Girrrrl, when I tell you I go everyday and sometime twice? I love iit. Oh and did I mention that my skin is gloooowing.

If I could give this 6 stars I would!!!
I was recommended this through a GP, the 9 strain, and this brand specifically. I've been on it for 6 months daily and it has significantly helped me with bloating, and constipation. I couldn't eat bread, pasta or rice etc without struggling. But since I've started these, no matter what I eat and at whatever time of the day as long as I pop this in the mornings I'm good to go. I thought I could do without it, so I stopped taking it for 3 days, so see the effect on my system, but the same day I stopped I was reminded of the unbearable bloating, gas build up and indigestion, it took the probiotic one day to work in my system and I was back to my regular self. I will never stop taking this pill, it has saved me! Might I add, I lost 10kgs since taking this..Not doing anything different! No diet changes or exercise changes..
